Who Is Norma?

Norma Corlette is an award-winning educationalist and entrepreneur. While best known for her success with The Learning Game Ltd, Norma is enjoying similar success with her newest venture – Sulis Enterprises.

Sulis Enterprises focuses on inspiring leaders and their teams, culminating in a positive impact on the all-important bottom line.

Through Sulis Enterprises, Norma is leveraging the skills and experiences taken from The Learning Game Ltd, which focused on building confidence and self-esteem in young people, and was created to challenge the status quo within the school curriculum. Within just five years TLG had won many awards and had launched bases throughout the UK, licensed products in Germany and Ireland and worked in Singapore and Hong Kong.

Formerly a Board Member of the Entrepreneurial Exchange, Scotland’s leading organisation for growth-oriented companies, Norma is also in the unique position of having worked closely with a number of leaders at the forefront of education, business and politics.

In 2007 she created a philanthropic venture supporting and encouraging women building businesses of scale; Raising the Bar targeted women whose businesses were between one and eight million in turnover.

In 2008 she furthered her own  studies while in Dubai and is now a qualified coach of the Supercoach Entrepreneurial Training Program, used for coaching entrepreneurs spinning out of America’s top universities.

All of these life skills and business experiences mean Norma is best placed to get the very best out of the country’s business leaders and their companies.
